Getting to know the people of Faulu and their Departments
What a wonderful organisation Faulu is! We met with the supervisors of each of the departments today, one by one, gaining a more in-depth understanding of the background, challenges, and goals of each department. We asked each department to start the process of breaking down what it is that they need to achieve their goals. It was a fascinating day, and there is lots of work to be done!
